Supplies

 Here are some of the supplies I suggest students have during online learning. 

Printing vs Online Learning

My goal is not to rely on students printing documents from Google Classroom. So, please do not buy a printer for the purpose of our online class. This is an online class and I will be working to provide rich online tasks with supporting pencil and paper activities that will not require the printing of documents.

Later, this afternoon, I will be sending out student invitations to join our Google Classroom; it is important that students always access our Google Classroom through their own Peel BYOD login. 

We go live on Goggle Classroom tomorrow morning at 8:40. If you experience any difficulty please email me so I am aware and therefore can assist you with accessing our online classroom.

Review our Family Handbook for PDSB Online School

For PDSB Online School families only: ​As we prepare for the first day of online classes on Sept. 21 for elementary students (kindergarten to grade 8) and Sept. 22 for secondary students (grade 9 to 12), the board has developed a Family Handbook to support families and each student's learning needs. This handbook provides an overview of what you can expect as your child/teen engages in distance learning only from home.
